Application for Bands
Thank you for your interest in the Oregon Arts Festival presented by the Lulu G Lemery Foundation for Arts & Expression and the Oregon Area Chamber of Commerce. This project is supported by the Dane County Cultural Affairs Commission with additional funds from the Evjue Foundation, the Overture Foundation, and Pleasant T. Rowland Foundation. The Oregon Arts Festival will be held October 9th -11th, 2009 in downtown Oregon, Wisconsin.

Following a review of applicants, a letter/e-mail will be sent by August 1st, 2009 indicating whether or not your band has been accepted into this event.
Following last year’s festival format, each group will play for approximately 40 minutes, depending on the number of bands participating. A sound system will be provided for each group. There will be a stage manager assigned to the performance location to help you with set-up, times, etc.
This is a family-oriented community event. Lyrics of music should be clean with NO vulgarity or acts of lewdness.
Bands are encouraged to provide EPKs (electronic press kits) and any additional information which they feel would be helpful in the selection process.
